You can download the forms needed to compete in Miss Augusta and Miss Butler County from the Miss Kansas Website, or we can e-mail them to you. We require a signed Miss Kansas Local contract which includes Resume, a Talent Request Form and a Platform Statement. We also need a headshot for the program book.
